Standard Shipping:
Cost: Starting at $4.75
Delivery Time: 2-5 business days (domestic), 10-30 business days (international)

Order Processing Time

Shipping Carriers
We use a variety of carriers depending on the shipping method and destination, including DHL eCommerce and USPS Ground Advantage for Economy Shipping.
Upgrading Shipping
Orders using Standard Shipping can be upgraded to Priority Shipping for an additional fee, provided the option is available from our print providers.
Tracking Your Order
All shipping methods come with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

Step-by-Step Download Guide
Order Confirmation:
After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will contain details of your purchase along with a download link.
Locate the Download Link:
Open the order confirmation email and look for the download link. It is usually highlighted or labeled clearly as “Download Now” or “Download Your Product”.
Click the Download Link:
Click on the download link provided in the email. This will redirect you to a download page on our website.
Download Your Files:
On the download page, you will see a list of files available for download. Click on each file to start the download process.
Depending on your browser settings, you might be prompted to select a location on your device where you want to save the file. Choose your desired location and confirm.
Access Your Downloads:
Once the download is complete, navigate to the location on your device where you saved the files.
Open the files using the appropriate software. For example, PDFs can be opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader, while images can be viewed with any image viewer.
Troubleshooting Tips
Didn’t Receive the Email?:

Broken or Expired Link:

File Not Opening:
Ensure you have the necessary software installed to open the file. If the file still doesn’t open, try re-downloading it or contact our support team for assistance.
