Returns

Satisfaction & Damaged Item Guarantee

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

14-Day Damaged or Defective Item Policy
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

For all return and replacement requests, please contact support@yourstore.com with your order number and details of your request. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we'll do our best to make things right.


Eligibility for Returns: 

⦁    The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when you received it.
⦁    You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

Refunds

⦁    If you received free shipping and your return causes your order to fall below the free shipping threshold, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing: Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your refund after we have received your returned item. The actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at support@cosmicstateapparel.com within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will either send you a replacement or issue a refund, as per your preference.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but if the order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
